I have the same Specs you do, more or less, and whenever I reboot the computer, I have to install the damn Nvidia drivers again, or the game keeps crashing to desktop when loading the missions. It's the only way for me to play Battlefield 3. Thankfully I won't have to do that again, since I finished the game yesterday. I installed those drivers 4 (!) times dude. I'm absolutely sure this fix will work for you. I had the exact same problem. I run on i7, GTX570, 6Gb Ram and Win7 64 bits. Now on the righthand panel, click the “Program Settings” tab. Under “1. Select a program…”, click “Add”, navigate to your Battlefield 3 install directory and select “bf3.exe”. Under “2.
