This game , even if quite old nowadays (7years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) is still pretty much actual due to its astonishing graphics. On the gamplay side the game can be considered either a gem or a complete failure.
Sme innovations are very cool (Very good freedom in the enviroinment, possibility to drive veichles, nice phisics) while other parts of the game are pretty crappy ( developers made the game harder not by
improving the QUALITY of the enemies but by IMPROVING THEIR QUANTITY and TOUGHNESS .. especially the mutant are HARD AS ROCK!... so you gonna face a horde of stupid brutes most of the times , the plot also aint so original and
in parts where you are supposed to be shocked you wont even be a lil bit surprised... )
Anyway this is a good game if you want to know what bringed to cryisis 2 ( this is first game of crytek) or if you are a novice in fps or if u just like actions with good graphics and brute firepower
